Singles party in Malta: Love Night and its wristbands
Of the parties listed on this site, the one aimed at singles is called Love Night. It takes place at Toy Room, in Paceville (St Julian's), and works on a simple code: at the door, everyone picks a wristband in the colour that matches their status. In 2026, the winter edition falls on two Saturdays, 17 October and 14 November: doors at 11pm, tickets from €15.
Three colours, three situations
The official poster sums it up: “Single”, “One Night Only”, “Taken”. A green wristband if you're single, blue if you're there for a one-night thing, red if you're already taken.
Nothing to tick online: the ticket is the same for everyone, and you choose your colour when you arrive, at the door. Once inside, everyone's wrist does the introductions.
A wristband says where you stand, nothing more: it doesn't replace consent, and no means no, whatever the colour.
On the dance floor
The official page promises DJs moving from urban to reggaeton, and from commercial hits to club anthems, with Toy Room's own dancers and live entertainment. No dress code has been published.
Toy Room is an indoor club on St George's Road, surrounded by the bars of Paceville. Doors open at 11pm; the Love Night page doesn't give a finishing time.
The dates: winter, summer and Valentine's Day
In 2026, the winter edition has two Saturdays, 17 October and 14 November. In summer, Love Night changed day: Tuesdays in June, from the 9th to the 30th, then Sundays, from 28 June to 13 September.
A special Valentine's Day Love Night was also scheduled at Toy Room on Saturday 14 February 2026. By mid-October, no dates had been announced after 14 November: the next ones will appear on the party's page as soon as they go on sale.
Tickets, age and getting there
Two prices per date: €15 for the 1st release (First Batch), €25 for the VIP Ticket, which also gets you into the VIP area. The booking fee adds 10%, so €16.50 or €27.50 in total. Note that the VIP Ticket opens up an area, it doesn't book you a table: for that, there's the VIP page.
No minimum age has been published for Love Night. Bring your original ID card or passport anyway, and if in doubt, ask us on WhatsApp before you pay.
If you're staying in Valletta or Sliema, the N13 night bus takes you to St Julian's for €3; once you're in the neighbourhood, everything is within walking distance.
Solo, with friends or as a couple
Going on your own is nothing unusual at Love Night: the wristband is there precisely to break the ice. With friends, get tickets for the same date and meet up before going in; everyone picks their own colour. As a couple, red is made for you.
On safety, France's official travel advice (France Diplomatie) calls for particular vigilance in Paceville: it reports several cases of sexual assault and drugs that can end up in drinks, in bars and nightclubs. Keep an eye on yours, and get home in a group or by ride-hailing app, with Bolt, Uber or eCabs.
