Legal information
Terms of use
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of partyinmalta.com (the “site”). By browsing the site, you accept them; if you don't agree with them, please don't use it.
Who we are
The site is published under the brand Party in Malta. To contact us: info@maltapartyvibes.com, or WhatsApp on +356 7759 0493. Information about the publisher and the host is in the legal notice.
What the site offers
Party in Malta presents parties in Malta, with their dates, times, venues and prices, and publishes practical guides to going out there. The site also offers free services: an email alert when tickets for a party go on sale, a newsletter of new parties, the parties on during your travel dates and passing on your VIP table requests.
Buying tickets
No tickets are sold on partyinmalta.com. Tickets are sold by our official partners on the GetYourTickets.com platform: the Tickets button takes you to the party's official page on that platform.
Purchases are subject to the platform's terms, which set the final price and any fees, payment, ticket delivery, name changes, cancellations and refunds. The purchase contract is made with that seller, not with Party in Malta.
Refunds and cancellations
As tickets aren't sold on this site, we can't refund, exchange or cancel them ourselves. Any request should go to the ticketing platform, using your order confirmation. If a party is cancelled, postponed or changed, the platform's terms apply.
As a general rule, a ticket for a leisure activity on a specific date doesn't carry the fourteen-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16). The seller's terms may, however, be more favourable.
Not sure who to contact? Email us at info@maltapartyvibes.com: we'll tell you what to do.
Party information and prices
We take the information from the official ticket pages and from the venues (dates, times, venue, minimum age, dress code, prices) and update it regularly. Information may nonetheless change before our next update, and the journey times given are approximate. In the event of any discrepancy, the information shown on the ticket page at the time of purchase prevails.
Prices shown on the site are those of the official page, excluding the booking fee where the platform adds one; this fee is shown separately, next to each ticket.
Entry to each party depends on the venue's rules: the venue may check age and ID at the door and refuse entry.
Alerts, newsletter and VIP tables
Alerts, the newsletter and the list of parties during your stay are free and for information only: they're neither a booking nor a guarantee of availability.
A VIP table request isn't a booking. Our team passes it on to the venue, then replies to you on WhatsApp or by email with availability, the price and the next steps. The table is only booked once you've agreed and the venue has confirmed. If a deposit is required for the table, we'll tell you before any booking: it's paid to our team via Revolut and refunded if the party is cancelled.
Unless our reply says otherwise, the table doesn't include entry: everyone also needs a ticket for the party.
Age
The site and its forms are intended for people aged 17 and over. The minimum entry age depends on each party and each venue: we show it on the party's page when it's been published, and the venue may ask for ID at the door.
Using the site
Please use the site fairly and lawfully. You may not send false information or someone else's details through the forms, use them for spam or automated submissions, scrape the site with bots, try to access its restricted areas or disrupt how it works. We may block access for anyone who doesn't follow these rules.
Intellectual property
The Party in Malta name and logo, the texts, the design and the structure of the site belong to us or are licensed to us; they're protected by intellectual property rights. Reading the site, sharing it and linking to its pages is free for personal use; any other reproduction, even partial, requires our written permission.
Party posters and the names and logos of venues belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the parties. The authors and licences of the photos are listed on the Photo credits page.
Links to other sites
The site links to the ticketing platform, to venue websites, to WhatsApp and to the official websites cited in our guides. These services have their own rules, notably on personal data, and we're not responsible for their content or their practices.
Liability
We take care to keep the information accurate, but the site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available, complete or error-free. Except where the law provides otherwise, we're not liable for indirect damage linked to its use or to the sites it links to, nor for a venue's decisions (refused entry, programme changes, cancellation). These terms don't exclude any liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded, and don't affect your rights as a consumer.
Personal data and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how we handle the data from the forms, and our cookie policy what the site stores in your browser.
Changes
These terms may change: the version online on this page, with its date, is always the one that applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Maltese law. Consumers who live in another European Union country keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules.
If there's a problem, please contact us first: we'll look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts, including those where you live where the law provides for it.
