Pool & Party is the Tuesday night pool party on The Rooftop, the open-air space at Gianpula Village, on the outskirts of Rabat (Malta). In 2026 it ran on eight Tuesdays between 2 June and 25 August, from 11pm to 4am, with a return bus from Paceville included in the ticket.
A night-time pool party, away from Paceville
Here, the pool comes alive at night: party music, a dance floor and a swim under the stars, on an open-air roof 8 km from the Paceville clubs as the crow flies.
The Rooftop is one of the ten spaces at Gianpula Village. The venue describes it as a popular spot for pool parties: 600 people, open-air, open from May to September.
The bus from Paceville
That's the big plus of this party: in 2026, the ticket included return transport between Paceville and Gianpula. Buses left Paceville Bus Terminus, in St Julian's, between 10pm and 11pm, and headed back from Gianpula to Paceville between 3am and 4am.
Times could vary slightly from one date to the next: arrive early to make sure of your seat, and check the transport details on your ticket.

Getting to Gianpula Village
Gianpula Village is on the outskirts of Rabat, 8 km from Paceville as the crow flies. Without the party bus, plan on a taxi or a ride-hailing app both ways: Bolt, Uber and eCabs all operate in Malta.

Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded.
