Neon Pool Party, the Tuesday glow party at Infinity by Hugo's
The Neon Pool Party is the glow party at Infinity by Hugo's, a night-time pool party in Malta on the rooftop of H Hotel in Paceville (St Julian's): neon and UV light all around the pool. In 2026 it ran on five Tuesdays, from 21 July to 18 August, from 9pm to 4am.
Neon and UV light around the pool
The idea: light up the rooftop with neon and UV for a glow party by the water. Around it, the H Hotel pool, DJs, a cocktail bar and VIP areas.
It isn't an all-summer fixture: the official listing presents it as a special edition, on a few dates only. In 2026, that meant five Tuesdays at the height of summer.
What to wear to the Neon Pool Party
There's no set dress code. The official listing does offer a tip: neon colours and white, which stand out under UV light.
Add swimwear if you plan to take a dip, and a pocket that closes for your phone and ID.

In 2026, the party ran from 9pm to 4am, with last entry at midnight, strictly enforced. No minimum age is published: bring original photo ID.

Getting to Infinity by Hugo's in Paceville
H Hotel is right in Paceville, a short walk from Toy Room: you can get there on foot from anywhere in St Julian's. From Valletta or Sliema, the N13 night bus serves St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta between 11:10pm and 2:10am, at €3 a journey.
For the trip back at 4am, Bolt, Uber and eCabs all operate in Malta. And if glow parties are your thing, Toy Room also had its Glow Night on Wednesdays in summer 2026.

Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded. If it's postponed, the refund depends on the policy set for the party. For any question about an order, contact their customer service, quoting your order confirmation.
