The party
Moonlight Swim, Friday night swimming at Infinity by Hugo's
Moonlight Swim is the Friday night pool party on the rooftop of Infinity by Hugo's, at the top of H Hotel in Paceville (St Julian's, Malta). In 2026 it ran all summer long: thirteen Fridays, from 5 June to 28 August, from 9pm to 4am, with the pool open all night.
Night swimming above Paceville
The name says it all: here, you swim by moonlight. According to the official listing, the pool stays open all night, so bring your swimwear. The hotel's website describes a 65-foot open-air infinity pool, around twenty metres long.
Towels and lockers are usually available on site, according to the same listing. Around the water: a cocktail bar and open views over the city.
Two rooms, two vibes
Room 1, the Main Room: hip-hop, trap, reggaeton and R&B. Room 2, the House of Dom Pérignon: house, techno, electronic and commercial. Maltese and international DJs take turns on the decks.
Moonlight Swim was there from 5 June 2026; Neon Pool Party, Temptation and Sunday Swim only joined it from mid-July.
Times, age and what to wear
In 2026, doors opened at 9pm and last entry was at midnight; the party carried on until 4am. No minimum age or dress code is published: wear swimwear under your outfit and bring original photo ID.

Getting to Infinity by Hugo's
The H Hotel rooftop is in the heart of Paceville, the clubbing district of St Julian's. Walk if you're staying nearby; otherwise, the N13 night bus, at €3 a journey, links Valletta and Sliema to St Julian's every night.
To get back, check N13 times from St Julian's on the Malta Public Transport website, or book a ride: Bolt, Uber and eCabs all operate in Malta.

Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded.
