The party
Mega Boat Party, the open-bar boat party from Sliema
The Mega Boat Party is a boat party in Malta, a night out at sea with an open bar, departing from Sliema Ferries on the Sliema seafront. In 2026 it set sail twelve times between 30 June and 25 August, mostly on Tuesdays, from 7pm to 11:30pm, with swim stops when the weather allowed.
On board: open bar, two dance floors and a swim
The boat has two levels and two dance floors, each with its own vibe, plus Maltese and international DJs. The open bar is included in the ticket; exactly what it covers may change from one edition to the next.
When the sea and the weather allow, the boat stops for a swim. The 2026 poster summed up the night in five words, “Swim, 2 dance floors, flirt, party, fully open bar”, and featured the Geraldine, that season's boat.
Summer 2026 at a glance
Twelve sailings between 30 June and 25 August 2026: six Tuesdays, three Wednesdays and three Saturdays. Departure at 7pm, back at the quay at 11:30pm, so four and a half hours at sea.
Each season's dates and ticket types appear at the top of this page; until tickets go on sale, use the “Notify me” button and we'll email you as soon as they do.
Boarding at Sliema Ferries
The boat leaves from Sliema Ferries, on the waterfront in Sliema. Be there at least 30 minutes before departure: exact meeting-point instructions are sent after booking and may change depending on the date.
Bring swimwear, a towel and original photo ID. No dress code or minimum age is published.
After you dock
Back at 11:30pm, the boat party ends just as the Paceville clubs are opening. The Ferries stop is served by the N13, the night bus linking Valletta to St Julian's every night, at €3 a journey; Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Practical info
Good to know
Before you buy
Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.
If there's any difference between this site and the official ticket page, the official page is the one that counts.
At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.
For venues further out, like Gianpula Village or Café del Mar Malta, check the journey there and back before you set off: the “Getting around at night” guide sets out the options.
Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.
VIP table
A table doesn't replace the tickets: everyone needs one. Its price and terms depend on the club and the party. On the VIP page, tell us which party, which night and how many of you there will be: our team will reply on WhatsApp with availability. Nothing is held without your go-ahead.
If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded. If it's postponed, the refund depends on the policy set for the party. For any question about an order, contact their customer service, quoting your order confirmation.
