Mamacita is the reggaeton and hip-hop night at Gianpula Village in Malta, held in the venue's Main Room on the outskirts of Rabat. In 2026 it ran on five Tuesdays, from 21 July to 18 August, from 11pm to 4am, with international DJs on the decks.
Hip-hop, reggaeton and Latin sounds
Mamacita mixes hip-hop, reggaeton and Latin sounds all night long, with international DJs. It takes place in the Main Room, the Gianpula Village space that's open all year round, indoors and outdoors, with room for up to 3,500 people.
It leans more towards hip-hop than Move It!, the venue's other Latin night, which in 2026 focused on dembow and afrotrap at the weekend.
Get there before midnight
In 2026, doors opened at 10:30pm and last entry was at midnight. After that, a late supplement could be charged at the door, depending on the date.

Five Tuesdays in high summer
The 2026 season was a short one: five Tuesdays, from 21 July to 18 August, at the height of summer. On Tuesdays, The Rooftop at Gianpula Village also hosted Pool & Party, its pool party: two vibes, two tickets.
Getting to Gianpula Village
Gianpula Village is on the outskirts of Rabat, 8 km from Paceville as the crow flies; its postal address is in Żebbuġ. You'll need a taxi or a ride-hailing app (Bolt, Uber, eCabs) both ways, so set off early enough to get through the door before midnight.

Before you buy
Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded.
