Le Désir, Tuesday's French night at Toy Room
Le Désir is the Tuesday French night at Toy Room, the club on St George's Road, in Paceville (St Julian's, Malta). The theme: French-style elegance, with a touch of seduction. In 2026 it ran on ten Tuesdays, from 7 July to 8 September, 11pm to 4am, and it was the one that closed the French-night season.
A French Tuesday, cabaret-style
Le Désir plays on French style and the game of seduction. Its poster had a cabaret feel: blue, white and red feathers, top hats and a bear in a beret and sunglasses, under the words “French Night · Every Tuesday”.
On the decks, live DJs mix French hits with international floor-fillers.

Tuesdays, from the pool to the club
Ten Tuesdays in 2026: all of July and August, then 1 and 8 September, when most of the other French nights had already wrapped up their season.
In July and August, Tuesday came in two parts: Ma Jolie, a sunset pool party at Vita Hotel, from 5pm to 11pm, then Le Désir from 11pm.
Getting to Toy Room, in Paceville
Toy Room is on St George's Road, in the heart of Paceville, the club district of St Julian's: if you're staying in St Julian's, you can walk.
From Valletta or Sliema, the N13 night bus runs to St Julian's every night, €3 a journey. For the way back, check its timetable on the Malta Public Transport website or book a ride: Bolt, Uber and eCabs all operate in Malta.

Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

At the door
The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.
Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.
Getting back
Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

Safety
The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.
In a group
Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

If the party changes
If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded.
