The party

Bora Bora Pool Party, Sunday afternoons by the pool in Malta

Bora Bora Pool Party is a daytime pool party in Malta, held around the pool at the Bora Bora hotel. It's an afternoon affair: in 2026, eleven Sundays from 21 June to 30 August, 4pm to 8pm. You start off relaxing on a sun lounger, then the DJs turn up the heat until evening.

From sun lounger to dance floor in one afternoon

The official page describes an afternoon in two halves. First the chill-out: sun loungers, sunshine and summer music around the pool. Then the DJs take over with summer anthems, and the poolside becomes a dance floor.

A poolside bar serves cocktails and drinks. No DJ names or specific music style are published: the 2026 poster just gives the venue's name and “Pool Party”.

Times, what to wear and what to bring

In 2026 the party ran from 4pm to 8pm. It's over before dark, so you still have the evening for dinner and a night out.

Bring swimwear, a towel and sun cream. According to the official page, lockers are usually available, but it's best to travel light. Bring original photo ID; no minimum age is published for this pool party.

Practical info

Good to know

Before you buy

Each ticket is valid for one date only: check it before you pay. The price shown here is the ticket price; the official ticket page adds a booking fee (10% of the ticket price, according to its terms). To buy, it also asks you to create an account, activated by email.

If there's any difference between this site and the official ticket page, the official page is the one that counts.

At the door

The minimum age changes from one party to the next: when it's published, it's shown on the party's page. Bring your original passport or national identity card. If there's a dress code (all white, fancy dress), it's also on the party's page.

Keep your ticket on your phone, with plenty of battery, until you're in.

Getting back

Decide how you'll get back before you go out. The N13 night bus links Valletta and St Julian's every night, with departures from Valletta from 11.10pm to 2.10am, at €3 a journey; return times are on the Malta Public Transport website. Bolt, Uber and eCabs also operate in Malta.

For venues further out, like Gianpula Village or Café del Mar Malta, check the journey there and back before you set off: the “Getting around at night” guide sets out the options.

Safety

The French authorities advise particular caution in Paceville and warn that drinks may be spiked without customers knowing. Don't leave your drink unattended, and keep your phone and documents on you. In an emergency, call 112, the European emergency number.

In a group

Get all the tickets for the same date, and check it together before you pay. Set a meeting point near the venue rather than at the door, and agree on how you'll get back before you go out. For a spot of your own all night, request a table on the VIP page.

VIP table

A table doesn't replace the tickets: everyone needs one. Its price and terms depend on the club and the party. On the VIP page, tell us which party, which night and how many of you there will be: our team will reply on WhatsApp with availability. Nothing is held without your go-ahead.

If the party changes

If a party is cancelled, the official ticket page's terms provide for a refund of the ticket price; the booking fee is not refunded. If it's postponed, the refund depends on the policy set for the party. For any question about an order, contact their customer service, quoting your order confirmation.
